What happens when I order?
When you place your order, you will receive an instant order confirmation. When we receive your order, we will send the information to our fulfillment team for shipment.
If you don't receive your confirmation, please check your spam folder.
Will I get a tracking number?
Of course! We'll send you tracking information as soon as your order is on the truck. The carrier will have an estimated time of arrival for you.
If you don't see your shipment on the carrier's website right away, don't worry. It can take several hours or sometimes longer to go through their system.
Will I be charged Sales Tax? - No. Sales tax is not imposed on orders made outside the state of Wyoming.
Is it safe to use my debit or credit card on your site? - Absolutely. At WegrowIndoors.com we understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We use a wide array of electronic and physical security measures to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.
Do You Price Match? - Yes. We work hard to keep our prices as low as possible. If you find something better, let us know and more often than not we can match or beat the price. Please keep in mind that some companies advertise their products low and then mark up their prices by charging extreme shipping prices. Do You Offer Quantity Discounts? - Yes. Buy more and save! If you’re planning to purchase a whole grow kit, and are looking for a discount, all you need to do is click the contact button on the bottom of your screen and the Indoor Growing Specialists will get you a quote as soon as possible.
How do I View My Order? - If you would like to view your order, log in to My Account. You will be able to view your current orders, your past purchases, your product reviews, and anything on your grow space wish list.
